Nicholas Nyamali is the Group Managing Director of Investment One Financial Services Limited. He holds two Masters’ Degrees in Law and Economics as well as an MBA from the London Business School.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK and a member of the Institute of Securities & Investment, UK. Nicholas started his career as a Barrister & Solicitor with Haruna & Co. He then worked with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) before joining GTBank Plc, working at various times in the legal, corporate banking and corporate finance teams. He thereafter worked with Barclays Capital, London and Mckinsey & Co, London before returning to Nigeria to set up Investment One Financial Services Limited (then GTB Asset Management Limited, a former subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc.).
Ademola holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. His industry experience, spanning over 16 years, cuts across Commercial and Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance and Investment Management.
Ademola joined the Investment One Group from Kakawa Asset Management Limited (KAML). At KAML, he was Head, Investment Management & Client Counsel, where he provided strategic direction for the company’s investment and business development initiatives. Before joining KAML, he worked with BGL Asset Management Limited, where he was Head of the Specialty Asset Management Desk. He pioneered the organisation’s Real Estate initiatives, with the development of BGL’s private real estate fund and coordinated BGL’s Philanthropy Advisory and Endowment Services. He currently oversees the Investment & Capital Management Division at Investment One Financial Services Limited.
Mr. Samuel Enuechusue has diverse experience across the financial services landscape covering banking operations, business banking (inclusive of credit management, commercial and public sector banking), project appraisal and monitoring, equities trading, stock broking amongst others.
He started his career with Oceanic Bank International Plc (now Ecobank Nigeria Plc); and rising through the ranks within the industry, he became a Branch Manager with FCMB Plc before moving to investment management in 2012 upon his qualification as a chartered stockbroker. He joined the Investment One group from GlobalView Capital Ltd (a member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange) where he was Head, Stockbroking and Proprietary trading.
He is the first Managing Director of Orange One Finance; a position he held until January 2019. He holds a BSc degree in Economics from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. He is a chartered accountant (ACA) and a chartered stockbroker (ACS).
